Architects make continuous efforts to improve the built environment through design, but if people don’t care where their trash goes, if billboards continue to be treated as the highlights of our thoroughfares, if historical buildings aren’t given any relevance, and if the bottom line and commercialism still rule, we will continue to live in an uninspired city.
